Ingredients:
***These measurements are approximate.

*** Mac n cheese:

12oz elbow macaroni
5-6 oz Velveeta cheese
4oz sharp cheddar cheese
8oz Cooper cheese
8oz half and half
1/2 stick butter
1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( topping)
** seasoned macaroni water with 1 1/2 tbs chicken boullion

RIbs

1.75 lbs baby back ribs
yellow mustard
kosher salt
liquid smoke
Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Rub
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
paprika
topped with Sweet Baby Ray”s Honey BBQ sauce prior to grilling
*Wrap your rack of ribs in aluminum foil and bake. (I covered mine instead of wrapping)

String beans:

2 lbs fresh string beans
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 strips bacon
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tbs minced garlic
black pepper to taste

*** Baked chicken thighs:

4 bone-in chicken thighs with skin
1/2 seasoned salt
1/2 kosher salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 – 1 tsp dried thyme
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs EVOO

* I had yam patties and cornbread to go along with this meal however, I messed up the cornbread (If you know me throught this channel then you know I’ve made a few attemps that have all failed) and the yam patties were freezer burned.
