● When receiving the wavy ponytail extension, shake the floating hair off, comb the hair with your fingers (spray some leave-in conditioner if tangles) , then it will regain its perfect look.
● Synthetic extension will shed slightly especially when first time wearing, which is normal.
● Use products (cleansers, conditioners, brushes, etc.) specially designed for ponytails.
● Never expose your synthetic ponytail to heated styling tools such as hair dryers, curling irons, or other heat sources. It can not be dyed.
● Spray some leave-in conditioning regularly to prevent hair being too dry to tangle easily.

How to WASH the curly ponytail extension？

Gently brush the ponytail to eliminate any hair knots and frizz.
Wet your hair with cool water.
Use your fingers to gently shampoo from top to bottom, then rinse with cold water.
Gently pat dry hair with a towel. Never twist/wring/squeeze it.
Apply leave-in conditioner.
Place wave ponytail on a hair extension hanger and allow it to air dry. Do not comb or brush when it is wet.
When it is completely dry, simply brush it into the desired style.
