How Sylvia's Keeps The Great Harlem Soul Food Tradition Stronger Than Ever — Heirloom
A look at Sylvia’s Restaurant of Harlem and the legacy that a grandmother left for her prosperity. To say that Sylvia’s in Harlem is a landmark would be an understatement. Sylvia herself believed — and her granddaughter still believes — that comfort and healing are cooked right into their fried chicken.
