Was This Viral TikTok Showing A Group’s Argument Over Splitting $4,600 Bill Actually Staged?
On Monday, moderators for the subreddit PublicFreakOut removed the clip and released a statement regarding the viral video.
“We would like to inform you that staged videos are not allowed on this platform. We prioritize authenticity and strive to provide a genuine and trustworthy experience for our users. Staged videos can mislead or deceive viewers, which goes against our community guidelines,” the statement read.
“By disallowing staged videos, we aim to maintain the integrity of the content shared on our platform. We encourage users to create and share genuine, original, and honest videos that reflect real experiences. This policy ensures that our community can rely on the content they consume and helps foster a more transparent and engaging environment for everyone involved.”
