The Academy Awards don't appreciate black actors
Year after year, we see that the Academy Awards recognize black actors who take roles portraying the same stereotypical roles that the overwhelmingly white, overwhelmingly male, and overwhelmingly over 50 believe are capable of playing. It’s time for a change but the change must be led by African Americans.
