Sickle Cell Awareness/Black History Month
To end Black History Month, we wanted to highlight the importance of African American blood donors in sickle cell treatment.
𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝟮 African Americans are a match for sickle cell patients and are 𝟭𝟬 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆 to be a blood match than people from other ethnic backgrounds.
This is why it’s important for everyone to roll up their sleeve and donate! Your donation could save the life of someone in your community.❤️
