I had to give props to Shannon Sharpe for calling out Mike Tomlin for not hiring black Coaches. There’s a stigma about black coaches in professional sports. In most cases black coaches only get one shot, This is included in basketball and football. Even though most of the athletes are black that play the sport

Shannon Sharpe of Undisputed on FS1 came up with a great point about Mike Tomlin. He’s been in the coach of the Pittsburg Steelers for almost 15 years and he never hired some one black.
