Shannon sharpe agrees with Mike Tomlin in regards to the NFL needs to hire more African Americans to the head coaching position. Mike Tomlins was very critical on why Eric Bieniemy did not get a head coaching position in the NFL. Mike Tomlin have been vocal about the lack of African Americans getting head coaching position. Shannon calls Mike Tomlin out for being an African American coach and not hiring any African American offensive or defensive coordinators.
