Obama and Trump Both Offer Tiger Woods Messages of Support

Tiger Woods’ horrifying car crash led all the newscasts as millions around the world hoped for his speedy and full recovery. Woods counts the most famous people in the world as his friends. Last May, Woods tearfully accepted the Medal of Freedom from then-president Donald Trump, who sent him well wishes. Former President Obama tweeted his support for the “GOAT of golf” as well. Basketball superstar Steph Curry said Woods is his hero, and that he went to a “dark place” when he heard about the crash.
