Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Breakfast 2021
Today is the 18th annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Breakfast. Join us as we celebrate the life and legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and recognize dedicated individuals in our community who are working to make his dream a reality. This year’s keynote speaker is Hamilton Holmes, Jr., son of Hamilton Holmes, Sr., one of the first Black students to desegregate UGA in 1961, along with Charlayne Hunter-Gault, paving the way for Holmes, Jr. to earn his bachelor’s degree in marketing from the university in 1990.
