About 15 years ago I began to investigate why waking up in the morning was really not how I wanted to feel. I had no disease or sickness in my body that I knew of, but after a night of 7 – 8 hours of sleep I most definitely didn’t feel rested.
I began to think of reasons why this was…I came up with the idea that maybe my body intake had something to do with it…which lead me to read natural health books…my thinking changed!
Thank God we get to choose because I was letting them (the food manufacturers) choose for me. I transformed my thoughts, body intake, and my image followed.
The results were, to say the least, “life changing”.
My daily body intake went from manufactured chemical laced products to “real live God created foods”. The results just kept getting better and better, one great improvement led to another.
