Karl-Anthony Towns was looking for a taste of home while playing for the Minnesota Timberwolves and Soul Bowl came through with the Caribbean cuisine he craved. Towns connects with Gerard Klass, owner of Soul Bowl, to talk about the critical need for spaces to celebrate African-American culture and cuisine in Minneapolis.
