What’s up everybody! Thank you so much for tuning into another episode of Cord and the Kitchen. I wanted to do a spin on soul food to show that it could be somewhat healthy, and doesn’t have to break the bank. So today, I have sweet lemon pepper chicken with rosemary rice and cabbage. I’m sure grandma would be proud if she came over to have a plate. The thing is, this recipe only calls for five main ingredients, plus other commonly used spices in your cupboard. In addition to being budget friendly, this meal takes less than 30 minutes to make, and is PACKED with flavor.
