She leads operational strategy, administrative infrastructure, and cross-office coordination to ensure efficiency, scalability and a high-performance workplace environment. With more than 20 years at the firm, she has played a critical role in optimizing business operations, leading and developing administrative teams, and executing complex, multi-office initiatives that support the firm’s consulting excellence.

Kyleen’s impact extends beyond the workplace; she is a long-time advisor to grassroots nonprofit organizations. Through teaching and mentorship, she supports nonprofit leaders in building sustainable organizations and expanding access to opportunity. She is guided by a deep commitment to service, relationships and purpose-driven leadership.

As Chair, Kyleen will serve as a key advocate and ambassador for the campaign, which supports scholarships, college readiness programs and historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). She will play a critical role in setting the direction for the UNCF Michigan Leadership Board, strengthening engagement and advancing strategies that increase awareness, deepen partnerships and drive the financial resources needed to support student success.
