Black actors need to tell the Academy Awards to go to hell
I want to start off by warning you that I used a curse word in this video. So, if this offends you, I must say that I apologize (not really). The point in this conversation is to talk about the Academy Awards, which produced what some are calling a royal snub, leaving our all black actors, actresses, and filmmakers from their roll of nominations and awards.
My thought is that perhaps it’s time for black people to stop standing around and waiting for racists to acknowledge us and give us credit for having talent and being good at what we do. I explain more in this video.
