She is also a mental health and self-help expert, committed to helping individuals improve their well-being and navigate life’s challenges. With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health support, she has developed a deep understanding of the human mind and the complexities of mental health issues.  In 2024, Sandra formed, Sandra’s Giving Heart, a nonprofit organization designed to combat sex trafficking teenage girls and young women.
