Is the NFL racist because no Black head coaches were hired
The NFL just finished filling seven coaching positions at not one African American head coach was hired. Despite the fact unaccomplished candidates such as Doug Marrone, and Rob Chudzinski found jobs. While Super Bowl coaches Lovie Smith and Jim Caldwell were not hired by the NFL to be head coaches. Sure the Rooney Rule gave token interviews, but no qualified candidates were hired.
