2014 Black Writers and Book Club Literacy Festival Spotlight

This a video of the Black Writers and Book Club Literacy Festival. BWABC Literacy Festival spotlighting featured authors Brian W. Smith, K’wan, Flo Anthony and Thomas Long. Some of the guest speakers were Christie Taylor, Shelby County Mayor Mark Luttrell and Dr. Joy Singleton-Stevens. There are also interviews with book clubs “Divas-N-Books” of Memphis and “Real Divas Read” of Chicago, IL. The event was founded by Shelia Lipsey-Bell and held at the Hilton Hotel in Memphis, TN. The Black Butterfly Media Journalist for the event were Ornitha Danielle and MaryAnn Washington.
