Summer is one of my favorite seasons. It has been since I was a kid. There’s just something about the freedom that comes with summer that is so nostalgic. Before having kids, I used to love wearing bikini sets. Needless to say things have changed now. After two kids, my body isn’t exactly in bikini shape. These days the it takes a little more to be confident in those summer bathing suits.

2. Don’t be afraid to try patterns or colors.

They’re fun and can the patterns can be used to draw attention and accentuate the right parts of your body.

When I’m shopping for colored suits, picking a color that compliments my skin tone looks best. Black, yellow, and red are my colors! Pink is fun too. I decided to choose those colors because I get the most compliments when wearing them.

3. Try a two piece swimsuit that is high waisted.

After having kids, it took me years to go back to wearing a two-piece bikini set. There’s something I just love about a high waisted bikini. If you put it on and you’re absolutely in love then it’s one you need to add to your collection. If you’re not sure about it, leave it in the store. Don’t try to convince yourself that you love it because in the long run you’ll probably change your mind and never end up wearing it.
