The Best Celebrity Halloween Costumes Of 2023
Hollywood Halloween is something different — A list of celebs are known to pull out all their tricks —their glam team — to bring their costumes to life.
Each year, fans eagerly wait for their favorite celebrities to post their costumes. Some even go the extra mile and add video concepts as a part of their costume posts — a notable mention is Lori Harvey dressing as Beyoncé for her debut solo self-titled album. Well, this year is no different. We selected a few of our favorites; here’s who made the list.
Lil Nas X
Lil Nas X wouldn’t be himself if he didn’t troll just a little. His first costume of the weekend was a bloody tampon. The costume was attached to a makeshift “hairy” vagina that left little for imagination. The 24-year-old’s second costume paid homage to the legendary Little Richard. The Montero artist wore an identical wig and headband to pair with his Little Richard reenactment video. The video features Lil Nas X’s role-playing as the icon during a television appearance.

Ice Spice
Ice Spice dressed as the infamous Betty Boop. She wore a simplistic red strapless dress, black fishnet stockings and cute black hair to portray her character’s iconic “curls.” The 23-year-old performed at Powerhouse 105.1 in Newark in her costume and was given a bible afterward because fans called her outfit “sleazy.”

North West
One costume wasn’t enough for North West, so the young artist pulled out four fire costumes. First, she showed love to her dad, Kanye West, North, dressed as the Graduation bear. Her second costume was a mother-daughter look as they played Cher and Dionne from Clueless. Her third costume featured her cousin Penelope Disick and friends. North and her friends wowed fans with their Cheetah Girls color-coordinated velour suits. Her final look was Princess Tiana from Disney’s Princess & the Frog.

Halle Bailey and DDG
Halle Bailey and DDG showed different sides of Black love with their two costumes. The couple dressed up as Janey Jackson and Tupac from the iconic film Poetic Justice. The second couple they chose to play was Bobby and Whitney. Bailey also had a solo look as Houston for the Whitney album.

The Comb twins looked super cute in their all-black matching cat costumes. Jessie and D’Lila wore black leather skirts, massive fur boots, paws and ears to complete their cat-tastic looks.

Summer Walker and her three babies had the perfect costume. The mother of three dressed as Dr. Suess’ The Cat in the Hat while her children stood around as Thing One and Thing Two, also known as Bim and Ben. Walker’s newest baby was also dressed for the occasion.

Ming Lee Simmons pulled out all the stops for her costume this year. No stranger to modeling, the 23-year-old recreated a Playboy Bunny magazine cover. The young beauty wore an original Playboy corset bodysuit, black tights and a black latex bunny mask.

Coco Jones used the holiday to pay respects to the iconic supermodel Naomi Campbell. The recreated look was inspired by a 90s Chanel campaign featuring Campbell. Jones wore a lavender skirt suit and a long wig to emulate the campaign.

Jodie Woods and her older sister had joint costumes this year. The two dressed as the sun and the moon. The costumes are getting more and more artistic because the ladies brought their costume vision to life through a photo shoot. Lori Harvey looked cute in a minimalistic Lara Croft Tomb Raider costume. From the wet, slick back ponytail tail to the pistols, she was ready to paint LA red. Many fans were disappointed in the 26-year-old’s costume this year following her Beyoncé self-titled album costume last year. Harvey responded to the backlash in her comments section, saying she was “tired” to go all out.
