Black seed oil has a strong flavor that’s slightly bitter and spicy. It’s sometimes compared to cumin or oregano. If consuming black seed oil as a liquid, it may be beneficial to mix it with another strong flavor, like honey or lemon juice. It can also be added to teas, coffee, smoothies, fruit juices and more.
