Spectrum TV Reporter Captures Street Harassment She Experienced Before Live Reporting

At the start of the video recorded by Hamblin’s videographer, the reporter is seen standing in a neighborhood while looking towards the camera in order to prepare for her live hit. At some point during the recording, men start hitting on Hamblin and are heard saying things like “You look nice,” “You’re beautiful as hell,” and “Goddamn”.

One guy asked the reporter, “But why you over there on camera though?” to which Hamblin instructed him to tune into channels 1 and 9 if he wanted to learn more about the story she was covering.

The guy then said “see that’s why I can’t be left alone with a Black woman, for real mulatto s**t, I can’t stand these f**king white girls.”

An uncomfortable Hamblin spoke over the man and said “we are done here.” But the man proceeded to say, “You are sexy as f**k” right before the recording’s conclusion.
