SOUL FOOD COOKING AND EATING 먹방 MUKBANG

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken:

6 drumsticks
1-2 tsp seasoning salt ( season to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
few drops liquid smoke
1-2 tbs honey
1/2 tsp dry thyme

Mac n Cheese:

1 pound elbow macaroni
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound shredded american cheese
1.5 cups whole milk
1/2 stick butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
shredded sharp cheddar for topping

Green beans:

24-36oz frozen green beans
1 tbs granulated chicken bouillon
Pork neck bones
1-2 tsp onion powder
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

Candied Yams:

2 pounds sweet potatoes
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp all-spice
1 stick butter
1 cap-full of lemon extract (use the cap/top that comes with the bottle of lemon extract)

Catfish:

6-8 catfish fillets
Old Bay seasoning
2 cups fine corn meal
1/2 cup self-rising flour
3 tbs kosher salt
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
cooking oil for deep frying

Cornbread:

1 cup fine yellow corn meal
1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
1 cup whole milk
1 tbs honey
1 large egg
