I never got these answers when I was working as an employee with an MNC,
I used to wonder: How can I grow fast in my job? Can I treat my job as a business?
Can I grow as fast as a businessman grows, not at 5% per year, or 7% per year, which I call FD rate of growth, but at 30% or 50% per year or even higher.
