Felt Christmas Tree Garland

My kids love lots of color. This fun Christmas tree garland is made out of felt. We simply cut out Christmas tree patterns with our Cricut Maker and adhered them to twine using a hot glue gun. For an extra fun added element you could decorate your Christmas tree with pom poms or glitter tinsel. Photo Snow Globe

How many family photos do you receive during the holidays? We get a ton and are always looking for a fun way to display them. These photo snowglobes can be made in under 10 minutes. They make great stocking stuffers or gifts for loved ones.

First you’ll want to start with a craft snow globe like this plastic or glass one. Then insert a wallet sized photo into the snow globe. After you’ve added the photo, sprinkle in some sparkling snow and you’ve got your very own photo snow globe.

Reindeer Snack Jars

All of the craft making can make kids hungry. I love these reindeer snack jars because they’re a fun way to serve snacks. Simply pop some googly eyes, a red pom pom for the reindeer’s nose, and brown pipe cleaners onto a mason jar and you’ve got a festive reindeer snack jar. Take it a step further and customize it with your kids names using your Cricut.

Picture Frames

Picture frames are the perfect DIY gift that kids can make. You can grab a base frame at your local craft store for about $1. Then paint them with a festive color like red or green. Allow the paint to dry before customizing the frame with a fun saying made from permanent vinyl using your Cricut. Some fun sayings are “Santas’s Favorite” or “so elfin’ cute”. One your frame is painted and customized, add your photo. Wrapping your frame and gifting it is the last step.
