Diddy Announced He’s Starting A R&B Label And Twitter Has Some Concerns
Diddy revealed in the September issue of Vanity Fair that he is launching a new record label that will be exclusively for R&B artists.
“Yeah, all R&B label, because I feel like R&B was abandoned and it’s a part of our African American culture,” he told the magazine.
In the past, Diddy has been accused of mismanaging his artists including Danity Kane. In 2020, Danity Kane member Aubrey O’Day said Diddy stole money from the group, according to HipHop DX. In the same year, Mase called out the media mogul for exploiting his artists and said he failed at buying his masters from him, according to Billboard.
But while the media mogul is optimistic about his new project and turning over a new leaf, Twitter is not here for it.
