(BPRW) WARNER BROS. HOSTS ‘THE MATRIX RESURRECTIONS’ DJ BATTLE AT CULTURE FEST IN ORLANDO!
(Black PR Wire) – ORLANDO, FL – On Saturday, Warner Bros. sponsored a “Red Pill vs Blue Pill”, Matrix-themed, DJ Battle at Orlando’s Culture Fest in anticipation of the upcoming release of The Matrix Resurrections with thousands in attendance . The battle featured DJ Dr Doom (93.3 The Beat) and DJ D Strong of (104.5 The Beat) along with rappers Ayche (Tampa, FL) and Kevy Dat Deal (Tallahassee, FL). The audience danced and sang to the music with a lighthearted happiness filling the air.Team Red Pill, DJ Dr. Doom and Kevy Dat Deal, were crowned as winners of the battle by the end of the night.
The headlining DJ, D-Nice gave a rousing performance with host Kenny Burns. Mystikal, Lil G from Silk and Jagged Edge also adorned the stage performing their greatest hits. It staged some of Florida’s greatest DJs such as DJ Kayotic, DJ Emcee, DJ Squirel, DJ Ghostrider, DJ Sir Knight Train, DJ Bo Weezy and more. The festival also featured local talent, CeCe Teneal.
Warner Bros. activation team was onsite giving away t-shirts, caps and glow bracelets, spreading the word about the film and even included Matrix Trivia for the attendees to enjoy. Guests also took pictures in front of the Matrix backdrop with green glow sticks that lit up the night with Matrix green.
This was the first festival of its kind in the Orlando area since the pandemic and the crowd came ready to dance, sing along to the music, enjoy the great food vendors and to have an overall awesome night out. Many fans came in the early afternoon and stayed the entire day enjoying the festival until sundown.
