(BPRW) BuyBlack.org Introduces AI Assistant Zuri, a Free Pilot Program to Help Black Chambers, Publishers, and Bloggers Promote Black-owned Businesses

(Black PR Wire) Oakland, CA – BuyBlack.org, the leading online directory for Black-owned businesses, is proud to announce the launch of a free pilot program for its groundbreaking AI assistant, Zuri. This innovative tool is designed to connect communities with Black-owned businesses across the U.S. Zuri is a game-changing resource for Black Chambers of Commerce, publishers, bloggers, and community advocates, enabling them to highlight Black-owned businesses directly on their websites and drive community engagement and economic growth.

Zuri represents a modern continuation of the Green Book’s legacy by making it easy for people to find and support Black-owned businesses. “With Zuri, we’re bringing the spirit of the Green Book into the digital age,” said David Derryck, Founder of BuyBlack.org. “Just as the Green Book once helped travelers find safe, welcoming spaces, Zuri connects today’s communities with Black-owned businesses, fostering economic empowerment and keeping the mission alive with modern technology.”

A Transformative Resource for Black-Focused Organizations and Media Outlets

BuyBlack.org’s free pilot program allows Black-focused organizations, chambers, and media outlets to try Zuri risk-free. By embedding Zuri directly on their websites, these organizations can transform their platform into a dynamic, 24/7 resource for discovering Black-owned businesses and fostering economic empowerment.

“Zuri is more than a digital assistant; it’s a bridge to economic opportunity,” says Derryck. “For Black Chambers, media, and bloggers, Zuri represents a way to put Black-owned businesses at the forefront of local economic development. Our goal is to support these organizations by offering a modern, easy-to-use tool. With Zuri, we’re making it easier for people to connect with and support Black-owned businesses.”

Key Features of the Zuri Pilot Program:

  • Discover Local Black-Owned Businesses: Zuri connects users to Black-owned restaurants, retailers, services, and more within their communities, encouraging local engagement and support.
  • Hassle-Free Setup and Maintenance: BuyBlack.org handles everything, from initial setup to ongoing updates, allowing chambers to fully focus on their mission of advancing Black economic empowerment.
  • Impact Reporting: After the pilot, participants will receive a report detailing Zuri’s impact, including metrics on usage and community engagement.

Zuri provides organizations with a meaningful way to amplify their role in promoting economic equity and highlights their commitment to Black entrepreneurship. With Zuri, Black Chambers, publishers, and bloggers can take an active role in building community visibility for Black-owned businesses, creating a direct and valuable resource for their audiences.

How to Join the Pilot Program

Interested Black Chambers, publishers, bloggers, and community leaders can contact BuyBlack.org for more information and to join the pilot program. After experiencing Zuri’s impact, participants will have the option to continue using Zuri through flexible pricing options.
