It’s official: Tracee Ellis Ross, successful CEO and award-winning actress, is our distinguished guest speaker at Amazon Accelerate in Seattle on September 13-14, 2023.
(Black PR Wire) Tracee Ellis Ross, the CEO & founder of PATTERN Beauty, will share her journey as a business leader and online seller at Amazon Accelerate in Seattle on September 13-14, 2023. Learn how she used her personal experience to fill a need in the haircare market. Tracee will also share how selling in Amazon’s store has helped her grow PATTERN, the award-winning haircare brand she created to celebrate Black beauty and empower people of color.
In 2018, Tracee became the first Black woman to open the TED Conference. She also moderated a conversation with Michelle Obama for the “Becoming” book tour. As ULTA Beauty’s Diversity & Inclusion advisor, Tracee champions initiatives that reframe the narrative around Black women and Black consumers. She continues to advocate for joy, self-acceptance, inclusivity, and equity.
