Affirmative Action is over will Black people do for self. This video is about Affirmative Action and the supreme court decision to strike it down in a nation land ruling. The4 Supreme Court set new limits on affirmative action programs in cases involving whether public and private colleges and universities can continue to use race as one factor among many in student admissions. Affirmative Action was a law put in place to during the civil rights movement for black people who were being discriminated against because of race only when it came to equal access to education. Affirmative action in the United States consists of government-mandated, government-approved, and voluntary private programs granting special consideration to historically excluded Minority groups, specifically black people or women. The programs tended to focus on access to education and employment. Now that the supreme court has has eliminated Affirmative Action across American what will Black people in American do for self. Will there be a increase in admissions to HBCUs?
