Jared has built on generational knowledge, experience and relationships to fulfill a niche in supplying talent to the industries which drive the economy here in South Florida. Hospitality, warehouse and logistics, produce and perishables including the flower industry which represents 24% of wholesale flower sales in the country.
His ability to supply talent to these industries is a combination of understanding these industries and deep respect for the people who work in them. As the company grows they are expanding their white glove services within their niche and core competencies to truly serve both sides of the employer – employee relationship.
