(Black PR Wire) With summer already underway, the Southern Edge Beverage Company is beginning to make its mark in the state of South Carolina. This Black-owned and operated company has carefully crafted two gluten-free options: a smoothly satisfying Sweet Tea Vodka and a luxuriously flavorful Salted Caramel-Flavored Whiskey. The company recently acquired distribution in Chester, Lancaster, and York counties so bottles of both can now be purchased in several stores in the Piedmont region and shipped to 35 other states.

Collaborating with companies like B&B Distributors, a Rock Hill Anheuser-Busch wholesaler, allows “new endeavors to be explored”  explains Reece Savage, B&B’s Spirits Manager.  “We are delighted to have entered a partnership with Southern Edge. It is beyond exciting to be able to introduce a local craft product, not only to our territory here in South Carolina, but  from our territory. We are looking forward to representing the brand, and cannot wait to see these products flourish.”

Made with succulent corn, all-natural black tea, and sugar cane,  the Sweet Tea Vodka is crafted with the finest ingredients to provide a satisfying experience with every sip.  The taste is smooth and refreshing without the harsh, slow burn that is typically associated with drinking vodka. The Salted Caramel Flavored Whiskey was aged in wooden casks and six-times distilled.  It is the perfect balance of salty and sweet that does not overpower the palate.
